Songs of Faith: MCGI Brethren in Taiwan Sing Together “Hanap Namin ang Lingap Mo”

Brethren in Taiwan lift their voices in faith through the hymn “Hanap Namin Ang Lingap Mo,” a heartfelt prayer for God’s mercy and guidance as they remain steadfast in devotion even while working far from their families.

The faith of our MCGI brethren in Taiwan is a shining testament to us all. Amid the fast-paced life and demanding schedules of the “Silicon Island,” their faith is not merely part of their daily routine—it is their sanctuary and source of strength.

The song “Hanap Namin Ang Lingap Mo” by Kuya Daniel Razon is more than a hymn; it is a heartfelt prayer rising from the bustling streets of Taipei to the industrial centers of Taichung and Kaohsiung. As they sing, their voices reflect a shared longing for God’s mercy and guidance while faithfully working far from their loved ones.

This hymn reminds us to place our trust in the Lord and affirms our unwavering commitment to the truth. The steadfast devotion of our brethren in Taiwan shows that faith binds our global family together across seas and distances, inspiring us to remain hopeful, knowing that God’s grace is always within reach wherever we may be.
