Sigaw ng Kapatiran: MCGI United with Merry Hearts for Day 1 of the 2nd Quarter Special Thanksgiving

With hearts full of gratitude, the Members Church of God International (MCGI) offered a resounding sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving to Almighty God as the 2nd Quarter Special Thanksgiving of God’s People commenced on June 26, 2026!

Following a series of extensive activities from April to June, brethren from neighboring provinces like Pampanga, Bulacan, and Metro Manila, as well as those from as far as North and South America, gathered at the MCGI Chapel in Apalit, Pampanga, and via live stream across the globe for the three-day celebration.

During the first day of this Special Pasalamat ng Buong Bayan (SPBB), Kuya Daniel Razon, MCGI Overall Servant, shared a profound biblical topic with the congregation: we must never despise the Lord’s chastening, as He disciplines us purely out of love to make us partakers of His holiness. This divine correction yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness, reminding everyone never to abandon our sacred vows to God.

Faith in Action: MCGI Cares’ Quarterly Milestone

This faith was profoundly manifested through MCGI Cares humanitarian program leading up to the grand three-day gathering. Fulfilling the mandate to do good to all, the MCGI Mobile Dental and Optical Clinics remained active across the nation over the past three months. Catering not only to the brethren but primarily to fellowmen in dire need of care, MCGI Cares has brought brighter smiles and clearer vision to countless Filipinos.

By the end of the second quarter alone, MCGI’s six mobile clinics successfully reached 207 venues across the country’s major provinces and remote towns. This massive effort rendered ₱21.59 million in dental services and ₱9.03 million in optical services, totaling an impactful ₱30.62 million in free healthcare assistance.

Operating just one mobile clinic costs roughly half a million pesos a day. Yet, for MCGI, it has never been about the financial cost. Most importantly, it is about embracing every opportunity to fulfill God’s will and manifest His love on earth.

United in faith, one spirit, and active good works, the brethren rejoiced together in this much-awaited quarterly milestone.
