Gratitude Rooted in Faith: MCGI Palawan Marks 37 Years of God’s Love with Thanksgiving

On May 2, 2026, the brethren of MCGI in Palawan gathered at the Edward S. Hagedorn Coliseum in Puerto Princesa City to celebrate their 37th Anniversary Thanksgiving — a milestone marked by worship, gratitude, and service. (Photos: Palawan MCGI Production)

The Thanksgiving was joined by Brother Daniel Razon, Overall Servant of the Members Church of God International, alongside Servants-in-Charge Brother Efren Baquing and Brother Resty Reyes, Assistant Servant-in-Charge Brother Andy Perlada, and the servants of the region — a gathering that reflected the unity running through the brotherhood.

A highlight of the celebration was a message from Kuya Daniel Razon, who drew on Scripture to affirm that true thankfulness is rooted in faith. He reminded the brethren that genuine faith and gratitude are inseparable — that one who truly believes cannot help but overflow with thankfulness in every circumstance.

As songs and dances of praise filled the coliseum, the message rang clear: a life grounded in faith is a life defined by gratitude, and a thankful heart continually brings glory to God. The brethren departed with a shared resolve to remain steadfast and ever thankful as they continue in the light of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Thanks be to God.

To God be the glory!
